conclusion of contract
The offers on this website represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order products and/or services from Whiteashcoffeeshop. With the order via this website including the acceptance of these terms and conditions, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Whiteashcoffeeshop then sends an automatic "order confirmation" by email, which confirms that the customer's offer has been received by Whiteashcoffeeshop. Orders placed are binding for the customer. Unless otherwise noted, there is no right of return or withdrawal.
The contract is concluded as soon as Whiteashcoffeeshop sends a declaration of acceptance by email, in which the dispatch of the ordered products or services is confirmed.
Orders will only be delivered after full payment has been received and provided the goods are available.
Payment options and retention of title
The payment options specified in the ordering process are available to the customer.
Whiteashcoffeeshop reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options without giving reasons or to insist on prepayment.
Whiteashcoffeeshop can charge default interest of 5% per year and a reminder fee of a maximum of CHF 20 per reminder if the customer is in default of payment.

Delivery, obligation to check, notification of defects and return
Deliveries are sent by post or courier to the address indicated by the customer in the order. Invoices are issued by email or by post. With the shipment, benefit and risk are transferred to the customer, insofar as this is legally permissible.
If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we use a reliable process (CH-Post ID-Check) including a personal identity and age check to ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age. The deliverer hands over the goods only after the age has been checked and only to the customer personally.
If the delivery cannot be delivered or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Whiteashcoffeeshop can dissolve the contract after notifying the customer of a complaint by email and setting a reasonable deadline, and can charge for the costs of the activities.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which Whiteashcoffeeshop guarantees immediately in writing by letter or email to the address in imprint to make an announcement.
Returns to Whiteashcoffeeshop are at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer has returned the goods to the return address specified by Whiteashcoffeeshop in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects imprint to send.
If the examination by Whiteashcoffeeshop shows that the goods have no detectable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, Whiteashcoffeeshop can charge the customer for the activities, the return shipment or any disposal.
